All exchanges or returns must be made within 14 working days (from the day you receive your order).

Items must be returned intact, with tags and folded in the original packaging in which they were received.

We cannot accept returns that do not meet the requirements listed above.

Before making a return or exchange, we would like to be contacted by email with the subject "return/exchange request for order no." to info@the-m.it, explaining the reason and how to proceed with the return/exchange.

Delivery to a BRT fermopoint

After receiving the request email, we will send you the label to print and attach to the package. To ship, go to a BRT Fermopoint . The shipping cost (€9) is the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the total refund.

Independently

After receiving the request email, you can proceed with shipping as you prefer. The package should be sent to the following address:

Include the invoice or order summary, highlighting the item(s) to be returned or exchanged.

As soon as we receive your package, we will make it our priority to check the condition of the item(s) and process the refund or exchange.
