1.     All exchanges or returns must be made within 14 working days (starting from the day the order is received).

2.     Items must be returned intact, with tags, and folded in the original packaging in which they were received.

We cannot accept returns that do not meet the requirements listed above.

Before making a return or exchange, we kindly ask to be contacted via e-mail with the subject line “return/exchange request order n.” at info@the-m.it, explaining the reason and how you wish to proceed with the return/exchange.

After receiving the request email, you may proceed with a courier of your choice. The package must be sent —with the invoice inside— to the following address:
